The Midlothian Police Department (MPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the pictured individual.

On August 15, 2026, the suspect stole a Ford F-350 from the 700 block of East Avenue F in Midlothian. The suspect then drove the stolen vehicle directly to Chase Bank, located at 1371 W. Main Street, where they attempted to use bolt cutters and chains to steal an ATM.

The attempt was unsuccessful, and the suspect fled the area before abandoning the stolen F-350 at the Eastwood Apartments in Midlothian.

In the month of July 2026 the Italy Police Department was forwarded a case by the Dallas Police Department.

The offense occurred in April of 2026 in the city of Italy. Italy PD worked with the Williamson County child advocacy center and CPS on a case of indecency with a child.

Italy PD learned the suspect, identified as Sergio Torres-Luna fled the country and went into Canada. Sergio is accused of indecency with a child. The victim is his family member. The victim is a juvenile and their information will not be released.

Italy PD worked closely with the Texas Attorney Generals fugitive unit and learned Sergio recently came back into the United States. Sergio was located in Iowa by a local agency and arrested on his active warrant out of Italy PD as of today August 14th 2026. Sergio also has an active ICE hold on him due to being in the United States illegally.

Investigations like this take time but thankfully with great partners at the state and federal level we were able to capture Sergio as quick as possible.

Italy PD would like to sincerely thank all agencies that assisted with getting this child predator off of the streets so he may face justice and the victim may get peace.

Thank you to the Texas Attorney Generals fugitive unit, Grand Rapids PD, Iowa state troopers, HSI, ICE and any other agency I may be forgetting.

Sergio is charged with this offense but is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Midlothian Police Department – Request for Public Assistance

The Midlothian Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Case 26MP039569).

On July 12, 2026, at approximately 3:45 PM, a victim reported that while driving to work at Chicken Express, he unintentionally cut off a black motorcycle near FM 1387 and Walnut Grove Road. The motorcyclist allegedly followed the victim into the restaurant, threatened him, and witnesses reported the suspect was holding a knife during the confrontation. Employees intervened, and the suspect left the location.

The suspect is described as:
• White male
• Approximately 5’10” tall
• Around 175 pounds
• Possibly has a red beard (he did not remove his helmet during the incident)
• Riding a black motorcycle

Midlothian Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating CINIIRES MASON, who is wanted in connection with an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon that occurred near Lake Grove Park on June 1, 2026.

During the investigation, it was determined the suspect was involved in an altercation in which he attempted to produce a firearm during the incident. The suspect sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound during the encounter.

Investigators are also continuing to seek information regarding additional individuals who may have been present and/or involved and were in possession of fi****ms at the location during the incident.

Midlothian Police are actively seeking CINIIRES MASON for his role in the offense.
