We’re getting ready for a Book Fair + Grandfriends Week at Marvin Biomedical Academy! 💙📖

📅 September 14–17
🏫 Open House: 5:00–6:30 PM
🛍️ Shop the book fair and help encourage a love of reading!
💳 Cash & debit accepted, or set up your child’s eWallet ahead of time.

Can’t make it in person? No worries! You can shop online and have your books shipped straight to your door. 📦📚

We’re also looking for volunteers! Scan the QR code on the flyer to choose a date and time that works for you. 💙

🎒 Today’s the Big Day! 🎉

The first day of school is a milestone for students and parents! If you’re dropping off a Pre-K or Kindergarten student, stop by our Tears & Cheers gathering after drop-off.

Take a few moments to relax, enjoy refreshments, and chat with other families before heading out.

🎮📚 MARVIN FAMILIES, IT’S TIME TO LEVEL UP! 📚🎮

Join us for Bring Your Supplies Night on Monday, August 10 from 5:00–6:30 PM!

Parents and students will enter through the gym doors, unlock their teacher assignment, drop off school supplies, and complete their first scavenger hunt mission around campus.

⚠️ Students must be fully registered by Friday, August 7 at 4:00 PM to receive their teacher assignment on Monday.

The big 🏈🎗️GOLD OUT🎗️🏈game is on September 4th this year, so order your shirts NOW, and help us spread the word!

What is "Gold Out"??

🎗️ Gold Out is when one of our home football games in September is committed to recognizing our WISD families who have battled or are still battling childhood cancer. The entire month of September is dedicated to these families as we raise awareness for the most under-funded type of cancer.

🎗️ The Gold Out game is just one event in September that will kick off the month of activities and other events. We will be sharing a link to those soon!

Our PTO has a couple of open spots we’d love to fill — Fundraising Chair and Secretary!

You don’t have to have PTO experience We’re looking for parents who want to be involved, meet other families, and help make a difference for our students and school.
