"SOLD".... a very welcome sign especially in the window of a commercial property in small town America! These properties have so much potential and speak volumes to not only the way life used to be on Main Street USA but what it can be going forward in to the future.

I give tremendous credit to the Wengers for doing an amazing job in rehabbing the second floor of this building in to beautiful apartments. It has been my pleasure to manage these units and always fun to see a potential tenant's reaction when I opened the door....."Wow! I had no idea these looked like this!" they would exclaim.

But the time has come for the building to transfer to new visionaries and it will be exciting to see how they will transform the main floor retail/commercial space in to something that will further serve the community and beyond.
