A New Chapter—and an Invitation to Stay Connected

Serving on the Wayne Township Council from January 2020 through March 2026 was a privilege. While my time in elected office has concluded, my commitment to strong leadership, transparency, accountability, and community service continues.

I have launched Ritter Governance Advisory, an independent, non-legal advisory firm supporting NY & NJ condominium and HOA boards in navigating complex decisions, strengthening governance, and managing conflict.

This work is grounded in direct experience. I served on the board of a 395-unit condominium association from December 2018 through September 2024, including as board president (December 2018–February 2023) and trustee (February 2023–September 2024).

I understand the demands placed on volunteer board members especially when issues are complex, financial stakes are high, and communities are divided.

Through Ritter Governance Advisory, I provide independent, non-legal governance advisory and private mediation services to condominium and HOA communities in New York and New Jersey. My services complement, not replace, property managers, association counsel, and other professionals.

I am grateful to all who supported and engaged with me during my public service. I look forward to this next chapter and hope you will stay connected.

📣Let’s ask 5th Ward Council candidates Matt Cavallo and Dennis for Wayne Council how they feel about the long-debated stipend program for eligible Wayne volunteer firefighters and first-aid squad members. Wayne taxpayers should want to know.

This weekend, as we remember D-Day and the Allied landings at Normandy on June 6, 1944, I am thinking not only of the brave men who stormed those beaches, but also of my father and many members of my extended family who served during World War II.

Their generation defended freedom when the future of the world was most uncertain. Many sacrificed years of their lives, and far too many sacrificed everything.

As the daughter of Holocaust survivors, I am especially mindful of what was at stake and of the debt we owe to those who fought to defeat tyranny and hatred.

May we never forget their courage, their service, and the profound lessons of that generation.
