A new creative space has taken root in the Virginia Metalcrafters Marketplace!

Trellis Art Collective, one of this year's Grow Waynesboro Rockfish Gateway grant recipients, has created a space where artists can make, learn, collaborate, and inspire and they're currently looking for both studio members and general members.

BIG news! The Building Improvement and BOOST Grants are now accepting applications!

🔨The Building Improvement Grant (BIG) offers financial assistance to property owners, tenants, and prospective tenants in qualifying areas for reimbursable grants of up to $5,000 for facade and landscaping improvements. Applications are due August 7, 2026.

🧳The BOOST Tourism Microgrant provides reimbursable grants of up to $3,000 to businesses and organizations for the marketing of tourism-related events, festivals, attractions, and initiatives that increase visitation to Waynesboro. Applications due July 17, 2026.

These grants are competitive, so be sure to get your applications in before the deadlines!

As we continue to explore what Economic Development Week looks like in Waynesboro, our focus is turning potential into prosperity.
