We want to give a Huge Shout Out and Thank You to the Waynesville Women's Club! They purchased the dept a new AED and a cabinet for us to donate our used one to the Waynesville Methodist Church along with the training to use it in an emergency coming soon! We are thankful for these ladies in our community that do so much for all the organizations!

The Waynesville Fire Protection District has issued a Temporary Burn Ban effective:
📅 February 27th through March 2nd

🚫 All outdoor burning is prohibited during this time.

This includes: • Brush piles
• Leaf burning
• Recreational / backyard fires
• Burn barrels
• Agricultural burning

Due to dry conditions and wind concerns, fire risk is elevated. Fires can spread rapidly and become uncontrollable within minutes.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our community safe.

A little late but here we go! Here is the 8 houses joining in on our first Christmas light decoration contest! We have extended our voting duration as well and will be picking our winner on Dec 24th so make sure you get all your votes in by Dec 23rd! You can vote by liking an image on here and stop by the station. There is a black box that will be on the station door. Fill out one of the voting pages and return to that black box!
