President Trump’s Section 232 tariffs on imported steel, aluminum, and copper have been a key part of his effort to strengthen American manufacturing and national security. Since their implementation, the United States became the world’s third-largest steel-producing nation in 2025, with more than 4 million tons of new steelmaking capacity expected to come online over the next two years.

New investments are being made in steel, aluminum, and copper production across the country, including new steel facilities in West Virginia, Arkansas, and South Carolina, and the first new U.S. aluminum smelter in decades planned for Oklahoma. Additional expansion projects are underway through companies investing in domestic copper mining, smelting, and manufacturing.

These tariffs help American producers compete with foreign imports, support domestic jobs, strengthen critical supply chains, and protect industries considered essential to national and economic security. The policy has also been expanded to include sectors such as automobiles, timber, semiconductors, critical minerals, and pharmaceuticals.

Through tariffs and trade negotiations, the Trump administration has secured significant private and foreign investment to expand manufacturing capacity and create jobs in the United States.

🇺🇸 Election integrity matters.

The SAVE America Act is built on a simple principle: American elections should be decided by American citizens. The legislation would require proof of citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections, voter identification requirements, maintenance of voter rolls, and limits on mail-in voting except in specific circumstances such as military service, disability, illness, or travel.

These measures help strengthen confidence in our elections and bring the United States closer to the election security practices used in many other countries.

Every legal vote matters. Every eligible voter deserves confidence that our elections are secure, fair, and transparent.

🇺🇸 Introducing Trump Accounts: A New Way to Invest in America's Future 🇺🇸

The Trump Account program is designed to help build long-term financial security for America's children. Every eligible U.S. citizen child born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028, will receive a $1,000 investment account funded by the U.S. Treasury.

Parents and guardians can contribute up to $5,000 per year, allowing the account to grow alongside the child through investments in American companies. Even without additional contributions, the account has the potential to grow over time through the power of long-term investing.

The account remains in the child's name, with a parent or guardian serving as custodian until age 18. Once they reach adulthood, the funds can continue growing or be used for qualifying expenses such as education, housing, and other future opportunities.

This initiative aims to give the next generation a financial head start while encouraging savings, investing, and financial literacy from an early age.
