R.A.D. teaches practical self-defense skills along with awareness, prevention, and risk-reduction strategies to help women feel more confident and prepared.

We are so grateful for the overwhelming response we've received for this year's Women of Vision Luncheon & Fashion Show as we celebrate our 40th anniversary!

We're so grateful to partner with RAD to bring this incredible program to our community! We're proud to support opportunities that help women build confidence, strengthen boundaries, and learn practical self-defense skills.

RAD isn't just about skills—it's about community. Every class is taught by women, for women, in a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can learn, practice, and grow alongside others who understand your experiences.
