This week, we proudly celebrate, our incredible 911 fire dispatchers, the calm voices in the chaos, the multitasking magicians behind the headset, and the lifeline between “send help” and help arriving.

They juggle radios, phones, CAD screens, coffee cups, and the occasional “Did they really just say that?” call with grace, grit, and just the right amount of sarcasm to survive the shift. 💁‍♀️💻🚨

At Parker County Fire Alarm, we’re lucky to have some of the best in the business, dedicated professionals who bring brains, bravery, and heart to every call. Parker County Fire Alarm’s “Chili Dogs” are participating in Adell-Whitt Fire Department Chili Cook-Off tonight by entering our “Controlled Burn” 🔥 Chili!

They’ll be there tonight until 8 PM, so go grab a bowl & vote for us!!

Tonight’s fast moving storm generated multiple calls for service within a very short amount of time. Multiple grass fires, downed and arching power lines, and a structure fire were just a few of the calls received. Pictured below are three of our full time personnel serving the citizens and first responders of Parker County. The personnel at Fire Alarm is what makes Fire Alarm great!
