Congratulations to Jasmin Guzman, Emilia Sudduth, Christy Hilton, Erin Westendorf, Dawn Cunningham, Hannah Wallace, Jill Cribbs, Leslie Ackmann and Sarah Kline for receiving 5 grants through the Weatherford ISD Education Foundation

We are incredibly grateful to the Weatherford ISD Education Foundation for celebrating its 25th anniversary by awarding $22,543.00 to Weatherford ISD Special Programs! 💙

The Weatherford ISD Education Foundation works year-round to raise funds through donations, partnerships, and community events, giving directly back to students and teachers across our district. Their generosity helps create innovative learning experiences, enrich our campuses, and provide opportunities that make a lasting impact on students every day.

Thanks to this generous support, we are able to continue creating meaningful opportunities for our teachers and students through:

⭐ Success Starts Here: Training with Ayo Jones & Sensory Supports for self-contained teachers
⭐ Literacy Without Limits: Training with Ayo Jones & ELA Learning Materials for self-contained teachers
⭐Voices Without Barriers: Speech Generating Devices for students with special needs
⭐ Switching' It Up - Switch-activated toys and games for students with special needs

Every dollar invested in our Special Programs Department will benefit special education teachers and students throughout Weatherford ISD.

Students may be on summer break, but healthy meals don’t take a vacation! 🍎

Weatherford ISD is providing FREE grab-and-go lunches to all children 18 and under this summer at the Weatherford Public Library, and you do not have to be a Weatherford ISD student to participate!

📍 Weatherford Public Library
📅 June 1 – July 1 (Monday–Thursday)
⏰ 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Children must be present to receive a meal, but meals do not have to be eaten on site. Just stop by and pick one up!
