Our current Habitat home build is designed with purpose and energy efficiency in mind, utilizing Quadlock's insulated concrete form block system that when combined with redymix concrete will form a quality structure that will provide shelter and remain a permanent fixture in Weatherford.

Habitat for Humanity's mission is to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope.

✨ Home Details:
• 3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms
• Two-story, high-efficiency split-level design
• Two-up / one-down layout
• Open kitchen concept
• Living Room
• Laundry Room
• Single-car garage
• Custom built home

This home will be purchased through a low- to no-interest 15–30 year mortgage with affordable, monthly payments.

✅ Applications are evaluated
based on three criteria:

1️⃣ Need
Demonstrated need for housing or need for more appropriate, permanent housing.

2️⃣ Willingness to Partner
Home Partners complete “sweat equity” hours by helping build their own home and another Habitat home.

3️⃣ Ability to Pay
Proof of steady employment and sufficient income to support a reasonable monthly mortgage payment.

Although it may not have been the ideal day for delivery, we are pleased to report that our shipment of Quadlock ICF wall blocks arrived safely. Our Kaiser St home is currently under construction, utilizing exterior walls formed by foam insulated blocks that will be pumped full of concrete to create a structure that is both strong and efficient.

The Foundation for another home bas been poured and French drains are going in. Soon the walls will start going up. This home will be built using insulated concrete forms (icf) Foam blocks were delivered and will be assembled on site and filled with concrete to form the walls adding both strength and insulation to the home.
