We have some fun programs planned, all of which are included in the normal entrance fees to the park. You do not need to reserve for these programs specifically (except Archery).

We do normally get very busy on the weekends, so we highly recommend to make reservations online for normal day use or camping before coming out to the park. The last 2 weeks have been fun! Scouts learned about cast iron and its care, and played new games to build teamwork. This is a good bunch of kids!

We had a great time at Dinosaur Valley State Park! Camping, hiking, freezing overnight temps, dinosaurs, food, and friends. Thanks to all who joined us. And great job to all the scouts on the 3-mile hike! Let’s do it again soon.
