Early Giving is now open for the North Texas Giving Day and Manna would love to be chosen as the charitable organization you support this year! Since 1986, Manna has served the needy of Parker County. We are an all-volunteer organization; outside our building costs, all our income goes to the needs of our clients.

💛 **A Grateful Note About Manna’s Building Improvements** 💛

Many of our friends and neighbors have noticed the recent improvements to Manna Storehouse, and we would like to share the wonderful story behind them.

**Manna did not use its fundraising dollars to pay for these renovations.** The money we raise remains focused on helping our clients and meeting the needs of individuals and families throughout our community.

These much-needed repairs and updates were made possible by an extraordinarily generous donor who recognized the importance of preserving our building. This donor wanted to help Manna and understood our desire to be good stewards of this vital place in the heart of Weatherford—allowing our volunteers and staff to focus their energy and resources on our mission instead of being burdened by the substantial cost of overdue repairs.

This blessing truly could not have come at a better time. We are humbled, overjoyed and deeply grateful. Thanks to this generosity, Manna is now becoming as beautiful on the outside as the volunteers and clients we are blessed to serve are on the inside.

We are also incredibly thankful for the talented artist who created the beautiful mural on our east wall for only one-third of her usual cost. Her time, talent and generosity have given our community a meaningful work of art that we will treasure for years to come.

**Improvements made possible through this remarkable generosity include:**

• Installation of 16 new fans in the warehouse volunteer work area
• Eight new windows and two new front doors
• Fresh exterior paint throughout the building
• New paint in the Client Center
• New office furniture in the front client office, creating a welcoming space for discreet, one-on-one client interviews
• Enclosure of the back storage area with new metal sheathing
• Recovered front awnings
• Addition of a new 300-square-foot storage room
• New tar-and-gravel paving in front of the building
• Installation currently underway on a handrail near the east wall
• A beautiful new mural on the east wall, completed at one-third of the artist’s normal cost

To our generous donor, our gifted mural artist and everyone who continues to support Manna Storehouse: **thank you for believing in our mission and helping us care for the place where that mission is carried out each day.**

Your generosity allows Manna to remain focused on what matters most—serving our Parker County neighbors with dignity, compassion and love. 💛

Every day, Manna Storehouse of Weatherford works to meet the needs of our Parker County neighbors with compassion, dignity, and hope.

Manna provides supplemental groceries to more than 3,800 families each year—but our impact goes far beyond food. We support individuals and families during difficult seasons, help meet essential needs, and remind our neighbors that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Help us fill Manna’s shelves!

Our client food pantry is running low, and we need your help stocking it with nutritious, family-friendly foods. Manna Storehouse provides supplemental groceries to more than 3,800 Parker County families each year—and every donation makes a difference!

Our greatest needs include canned chicken or tuna, peanut butter, canned chili, canned beans, dried pinto beans, soup, pasta and sauce, canned fruits and vegetables, cereal, oatmeal, and healthy school snacks.
