ATTENTION NON-RESIDENT CARDHOLDERS

Effective January 2027, the non-resident fee will rise from $44 per household to $48 per household.

Per policy, the non-resident fee is reevaluated in August of each even calendar year and takes effect in January of the following odd calendar year.

The non-resident fee can be paid in 3-, 6-, or 12-month increments.

This average fee was calculated by using the latest tax levy information from the City of Webb City and the total housing units inside the city limits of Webb City provided by census.gov

The non-resident fee applies only to those living outside the City Limits of Webb City and not owning any property within the City Limits of Webb City (Shows COWC on Tax Statement), and not paying the Webb City Public Library Tax on their real estate taxes.

Join us for a discussion on The Queens of Crime by Marie Benedict on Wednesday, September 9th at 2:00 p.m.

London, 1930. The five greatest women crime writers have banded together to form a secret society with a single goal: to show they are no longer willing to be treated as second-class citizens by their male counterparts in the legendary Detection Club. Led by the formidable Dorothy L. Sayers, the group includes Agatha Christie, Ngaio Marsh, Margery Allingham and Baroness Emma Orczy. They call themselves the Queens of Crime. Their plan? Solve an actual murder, that of a young woman found strangled in a park in France who may have connections leading to the highest levels of the British establishment.
