MI SHARP IS BACK ON THE ROAD!

We’re excited to share that our new van completed a soft-launch week this week to ensure it is ready to go. It feels SO good to be back doing what we love!

Now comes the next step: getting everyone back on the schedule.

We currently have nearly 300 mobile customers to contact and reschedule, so it’s going to take us a little bit to work our way through the list. We are actively making calls, though, and you will be hearing from us soon if you’d like to get back on our mobile schedule.

We also completely understand that some of you simply couldn’t wait for us to get back on the road and needed to find another sharpener in the meantime. As openings become available, we’ll begin reaching out to customers on our waiting list as well.

Most of all, we just want to say THANK YOU. Your patience, encouragement, loyalty, and support through the last few months have meant more to us than you know.

The van is running, the sharpening equipment is humming, and MI Sharp is officially back!

We can’t wait to see you again!

🚐 MI Sharp Mobile Update

We’re getting closer! Our new work van is ready to serve you—but we’re still waiting on the production and delivery of the stinkin’ generator. Unfortunately, the production date continues to slip, but we’re hopeful that MI Sharp will be back on the road by mid-August.

Here’s a look inside the new van! Everything is coming together, and we are so excited to get back to serving our customers on the road again.

In the meantime, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support us through drop-offs, pickups, and our mail-in service. Last week alone, you trusted us with more than 300 shears and nearly 400 clipper blades!

What an incredible week. We are deeply grateful for our loyal customers and the patience, encouragement, and support you’ve shown us during this season. We’ll continue to keep you updated as we get closer to hitting the road!

Hey everyone! We wanted to give you a quick update on our mobile sharpening. It’s been just over a month since our accident, and while we do have our new vehicle (yay!), we’re still waiting on the generator—that key piece that powers everything.

The production and delivery date keeps moving out, and we’re as eager as you are to get back on the road!

In the meantime, we are so grateful for your patience. To keep you sharp, we have mailed out over 57 boxes at no charge! We are currently waiting on more clipper blade boxes to come in so we can prepare more boxes, until then we’re happy to email you postage-paid labels for our mail-in service, and we still have drop-off/pickup options. We’ll keep you posted—thanks for sticking with us through all these bumps!

MI Sharp has THE BEST customers in the world!

We just want to take a moment to say thank you.

The past few weeks have looked different for us as we continue working through the loss of the van and the build out of the new van. Your patience, support, encouragement, and loyalty have meant more than we can say.

Many of you have trusted our mail-in sharpening option, and we are so grateful for every box that has been sent our way. (This picture is just a part of the orders from this week, going out in the morning!) And for those who cannot mail in, we are doing everything we can to keep showing up. Over the past 10 days, we drove nearly 2,000 miles to service customers who cannot participate in mail in. That number is NOT a complaint. It is a reminder of how blessed we are to have customers worth driving for.

Thank you for sticking with us, cheering us on, and continuing to support our small family business through this season. We do not take it lightly. Every drop off, every pick up, every mailed-in order, every message of encouragement, and every bit of grace has helped keep us moving forward.

Also, we can't forget to extend a very special thank you to Nick at Professional Groom Supply Michigan for carrying our boxes on his routes to make sure you have what you need.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of the MI Sharp family.

The new van is starting to come together nicely! The lead time on the generator dictates our roll out. Right now, it is scheduled to be available about July 6...but it has moved in and out...so it is not yet a firm date. We will keep you posted.

Mail in boxes are still available at no charge, we are waiting on restocks to come in so shipment will be delayed a few days, but it will ship as soon as more boxes arrive (early next week) misharpmobile.com, click the link right at the top of the page.

Well, we are getting there! We just picked up this beauty in Texas. We will have her home this weekend to start converting her to a sharpening rig. We expect to be back on the road in a a few weeks - assuming the build out goes smoothly.

We miss you, and if you need anything in the mean time we are still offering free boxes for mail-in and pick up with next day drop off.
