It's too hot to do much else! Why not stop at the Little Free Library at the Bennetts Valley Pharmacy and pick up some great reads for these steamy days! Just stocked some women's fiction (and some brand new books!). There were even some audio books there that someone donated!

Added some new books and tidied things up yesterday at the LFL! Lots of best selling authors and many, many kids and young adult books (I temporarily took the donation bin home with me because I had SO many to sort through and organize and my fingers were absolutely frozen! 😂) Thank you for supporting this project to help bring books to the citizens of the Valley who have no in town library or book store!

Looking for something to do over the Thanksgiving holiday if you're having a quiet holiday in?

Be sure to check out the LFL just outside the BV Pharmacy (outside in the corner to the left of the doors). Lots of great books for adults and children added this week and more coming as I am making room for Christmas here at my house and cleaning off the shelves! Book donations are also accepted in the crate next to the LFL.

The purpose of the LFL was to provide reading material in our town to people who may not have the ability to be able to afford books, or travel to one of our local libraries. It is not meant to compete, but a means of recycling our books. Our family is a big supporter of the St. Marys library and the wonderful programs they offer, and I can't pass up the ongoing fundraiser of the $2/bag books, which ultimately end up in the LFL upon completion. I also belong to a book club run through Bradley's in Dubois and very often patronize their store in the mall as well! If you're a true book fan you will do all of the above! :-)

Just added some new children's books to the library last evening! Also showed some love to the library at Bennetts Valley Elementary since we had so many we cleaned off our shelves here at home (don't forget to check their Little Free Library out as well!) 😁😁
Picked up a couple of books myself and my kids were so excited they haven't put them down!
Now is time to start thinking ahead to those summer reading programs! Stock up on some great reads!
