The board has been working on a few projects at the park. Thanks to Weber Brothers Sawmill and their donation of wood chips our playgrounds got a nice new base. The board also approved the purchase of materials to build new trash can enclosures and trustee Pat Schafer built them for us. They look fantastic!

The clerk will be at the township hall on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 8 am to 4 pm to register residents to vote. She will also have absentee ballot applications and ballots on hand. Also, just a reminder that early voting is taking place at the Commission on Aging every day from 8 am to 4 pm through Sunday, August 2nd.

If you have an absentee ballot to return please don't drop it in the mail - at this point it is highly likely it will not reach the township in time to be counted on Tuesday. Please either use the ballot drop box at the township hall or take it directly to the Weidman post office and they can put it in our PO Box. 5 days until election day!
