Oakland PSD will be closed December 24 and 25 in observance of the Christmas Holiday and December 31 New Years Eve and January 1, 2026 New Years Day.
As with every month, the due date is the 25th of the month. Anything paid after 4:00 p.m. on December 25 will be assessed a late fee.
We wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Payments can still be made using the app "Paygov.us" or using the dropbox on the front door.

We are pleased to announce that the Boil Order that was put in place on Wednesday October 22 has been lifted. There is no longer a need to boil.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Latest update on the Service Interruption for Oakland PSD customers due to a Main Line break: Customers from Swearingen Rd South to Riverview Estates, including ALL connecting side streets and neighborhoods, will remain without water until the Main Line has been repaired. Upon restoration of service there will be a Boil Order in place. This includes Finance Hill Area, Rainey Hill area and neighborhood, Riverview Estates and neighborhood. Marilyn Lane, Glen Elm, Carothers Road neighborhood to Shady Glen.
We apologize for this unforeseen circumstance and appreciate you patience.
All other Oakland PSD customers North of Swearingen Road to New Cumberland should be restored sooner as we continue to try to fill the Main Lines.
The next update for FB will be tomorrow morning, Thursday October 23, 2025.

We believe the problem has been located. We are be shutting down the line on Turkeyfoot and Finance Hill. Once this is isolated all other customers should see water return shortly. Please be patient as it takes time to fill the main line for water to reach everyone.

To those customers on Carothers Rd, Dove, Sid Way, Wolf St, Tyler, Horner, Doll, Alice Way, Shady Glen Road, who were expecting an outage on Monday, October 20, the outage may take place today, Tuesday, October 21, 2025, due to unexpected circumstances. You will be notified via FB AND mass telephone message, so PLEASE, if you have not updated your telephone number at the office, call and do so at this time.
We apologize for any inconveniences and appreciate your patience.

On Monday October 20, 2025 There will be an outage for those customers on Carothers Rd, Dove Lane, Tyler Lane, Wolf St, Sid Way, Doll St, Alice Way, Horner St, and Shady Glen Road. Outage will be for the whole day and a Boil Order will follow. You will be notified when Boil Order is lifted.
