The McDowell County Extension Office and 4-H program would love to give a big How! How! to our very own Chelsy Atwell! Chelsy was one of 12 4H members selected across the state to attend National 4H Congress this November in Atlanta, Georgia. She will represent not only our state, but also our county well on a national level. This will be her second national event. She has worked diligently for this and has put in time and effort over her years of service to 4-H and we are so proud of her! Congratulations, Chelsy! We can’t wait to see your adventure in Atlanta this November!
