City Hall Update

At the May 28, 2026 Board of Aldermen meeting, the Board approved an agreement with Navigate Building Solutions to provide Owner's Representative services for the Procurement and Pre-Construction phases of the proposed City Hall project. Construction and Post-Construction Services would require separate Board approval at a future date.

As the Owner's Representative, Navigate will assist the City with project planning, design and engineering coordination, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and project management during the initial phases of the project while representing the City's interests throughout the process.

ATTN ST. CHARLES COUNTY Customers: A Precautionary Boil Water Advisory has been issued for a portion of your service area as of 11 a.m. on 05/29. Any water to be used for drinking or cooking should be brought to a rolling boil for 3 minutes. Water is OK for bathing, washing, and other non-consumable uses. This Advisory is expected to be in effect for approximately 48 hours.

Residents in the affected area may experience discolored or cloudy water, low water pressure, or no water service. Repairs are expected to take approximately 8 hours and are estimated to be completed by 5:30 PM CST.

Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday for the birdhouse decorating event! We had a great turnout, and it was awesome seeing how creative everyone was with their designs.

Our local birds are going to have some incredibly stylish new homes this season!

City Hall will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day. As we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country, we extend our gratitude to all who have served.

City Hall will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

We had a wonderful evening last night enjoying live music by The Bright Side. Thank you to everyone who came out to support local entertainment, connect with neighbors, and make it such a great community event!
