To Our Military Families,

The recent developments involving Iran bring uncertainty. Many are carrying concern, worry, or simply a heightened awareness of what this could mean for your family. Those feelings are valid. This is part of the weight military families carry, and it is not small.

Please rely on official military channels and your unit leadership for accurate updates. In moments like this, clarity matters. Avoid speculation, and help ensure that information shared within your circles is confirmed and responsible. If you are traveling or have plans to travel, please refer to the US State Department guidance around this development here: https://bit.ly/3OIBplk

This is also a critical time to reinforce OPSEC (Operational Security) and PERSEC (Personal Security). Do not share details about deployments, locations, movements, timelines, or mission-related information — online or in conversation. Even small pieces of information can unintentionally create risk. Protecting information protects our service members and one another.

We are here for you. If you need support, resources, or simply connection, reach out. We stand with you — steady, informed, and ready.

There’s still time to get your tickets!!! Enjoy this time together with your family. ❤️ And some magic!

Project New Hope Inc. is pleased to share that we are currently providing fuel-neutral emergency utility assistance to eligible Military and Veteran households in Central Massachusetts.

This program is made possible through a partnership with the United Way of Central MA, with grant funding provided by the National Grid Foundation, to help Military and Veteran families facing financial hardship stay safe, warm, and stable in their homes.

Eligible assistance may include support for: • Electric • Gas • Oil • Propane • Other essential household utilities
If you are behind on a utility bill, facing shutoff, or experiencing financial hardship, we encourage you to apply.

Once your form is submitted, a Project New Hope Inc. case manager will contact you to review eligibility and explain next steps. If approved, payments are made directly to the utility provider.

As we continue to dig out from this latest storm, please keep these shoveling tips in mind. Stay safe, injury free and warm!

"When the storm wraps up tomorrow, take care not to over-exert yourself when shoveling. Stay hydrated and take frequent breaks. If you need help, don’t be afraid to ask a friend, family member, or neighbor. When it comes to digging out of snowstorms, in New England, we’re all on the same team and ready to pitch in." -MEMA Director Dawn Brantley
