Last week we had another successful Rainwater Harvesting Workshop!! ☔️ This year we had Jennifer Puryear, Meteorologist, give us a presentation on El Nino/La Nina, forecasting and more 🔥🌩️! We also had presentations from MGCD's team members, Whitney Wiebe, on how to set up a rainwater harvesting system at home 🌧️ and Samantha Bohannon, on Native and Drought-Tolerant plants 🌱! This year we gave away rainchains, rain drums and a rain barrel! Congratulations to the big winner, Kenney Keys!
Thank you participants for showing up, asking questions and taking an interest in conserving our most precious resource!! 💧
