Tonight is the WHS Volleyball Alumni Gatorade Scrimmage! Come out to see the progress the girls have made and support the whole team by contributing to their water/gatorade/snack supply for tournaments!

The graduation ceremony has been moved inside due to high winds. Seniors received 10 tickets to give to family and friends for early seating starting at 1:00.

Members of the public who don’t have a ticket may enter the gym starting at 1:30.

All graduates need to meet in the auxiliary gym at 1:00!

Due to high winds, today’s Wellington High School Graduation Ceremony will be held at the WHS gymnasium at 2:00pm. All seniors received 10 tickets to give to family and friends for early seating, starting at 1:00pm. If you don’t have a ticket, you enter the gym starting at 1:30.

Senior Maverick Peterson and freshman Gannon Worley are currently in Topeka for the 4A State Tennis Tournament! Good luck to both!

All-Sports Banquet

May 6th, 6:00 pm
WHS Gymnasium

Wellington High School would like to invite all athletes and their families to the 2026 All Sports Banquet. We will recognize all sports from the fall to the spring. Coaches will present awards for their players. We will also announce our Outstanding Male/Female senior athletes at this event. Crusader Club will provide a hamburger meal, burger, chips, cookies, and water for high school athletes and their family members. We are hosting this year’s sports banquet at Wellington High School. Crusader Club will start serving food at 5:30, and the banquet will start at 6 PM.

We appreciate your help in making this event happen and all of the support this year. A big thank you to Crusader Club for supplying the meal. We have had a lot of wonderful accomplishments this year and look forward to celebrating them at this event. WHS hosted the Lions Club this morning for their yearly Wellington Junior Lions Awards assembly. The junior recipients were selected for their character and living in adherence to the Lions Club Code of Ethics.
