Wednesday, August 26th is Back to School Night. Kindergarten is from 5:30-6. General Meeting in Auditorium at 6:00 - 6:30. Meet the Teacher sessions are 6:30-6:45 and 6:45-7:00.
There will be someone here from SESC to do fingerprinting for background checks if you want to volunteer. You will need to bring your drivers license as proof of identification for the background check.

Carbon School District is seeking applications for a Math/Reading Parapro at Wellington Elementary School in Wellington, Utah. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background screening . The Elementary Math and Reading Parapro supports student achievement by providing targeted small-group or individual instruction in reading and mathematics. This role focuses on closing learning gaps and helping students meet or exceed grade-level expectations. Will work approximately 20 hours per week.

To be in compliance with the Title I highly qualified paraprofessional requirements, ALL paraprofessionals that work with students in reading or writing in a Title I school must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Have 48 or more university/college credit hours reflected on a transcript OR
2. Pass a paraprofessional assessment
