Join us at the Wellington Public Library as we celebrate Weather Preparedness Month! We are hosting the "Navigating Through Natural Disasters: Weather Safety Workshop" to help you and your family stay safe, informed, and prepared.

✨ THE HUNT IS ON AT WELLINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY! ✨

We’re thrilled to introduce our new Golden Ticket Contest! Starting today, we have (6) Golden Tickets hidden inside books throughout the library—with 1 ticket hidden in each section.

Here’s how to play and win:

📖 FIND IT: Browse the stacks! If you open a book and discover a gold envelope, you’ve found a Golden Ticket!
🎟️ SCRATCH IT: Open the envelope and scratch off the ticket to reveal your mystery prize.
🎁 CLAIM IT: Bring your winning ticket up to the Circulation Desk to collect your prize!

Don't worry if you miss out on the first round—we will be hiding more Golden Tickets as time goes on, giving everyone plenty of opportunities to win throughout the year!

📜 A Few Golden Rules:

Monthly Limit: To keep things fair and fun for everyone, patrons may only redeem 1 winning ticket per month.

Respect the Shelves: Please treat our library and books with care! Patrons are not allowed to pull books down and toss them aside or leave them on the floor. Searching is only allowed while legitimately visiting the library for services, browsing, and reading.

Don't forget the Wellington Public Library End of Summer Movie "Jumanji" with Robin Williams will be showing at the Wellington Regent Theater on Thursday, July 30th 2:00pm. It includes free admission, free popcorn, and free drink. We will also be giving away (4) $25 Gift Cards, however you must be present to win. so bring your friends, neighbors, relatives, strangers on the street and lets take a journey into this classic.
