Why did we create this website?
Many properties on the reservation are held in **trust status**, which often means they cannot be sold to individuals who are not enrolled Spokane Tribal members. Because of these unique circumstances, reservation properties are often never listed on traditional real estate websites, making it difficult for Spokane Tribal members to find available homes and property.
Listings.SpokaneIHA.com was created to solve that problem by providing one central location where our community can connect.
With the new website, you can:

📍 Discover opportunities that may not be available through traditional real estate listings
🤝 Connect Spokane Tribal buyers and sellers in one convenient location
🌲 Help keep reservation properties visible and accessible to Spokane Tribal members
