Attention Wells Residents: Due to continuing snow and blowing, the Snow Emergency will stay in effect until tomorrow 3/6/2025 @ 8am. The City Street Department will be going back out plowing tonight and early morning again. Please keep vehicles and trailers off the roadways. Thanks.

Attention: City of Wells Residents, Now that winter is upon us and snow has fallen, now is a great time to get those cars, trucks, boats, trailers, etc. moved off the city streets to avoid a snow emergency ticket. Reminder that it is against the City of Wells ordinance to park on any Street, Avenue, or Alleyway once a snow emergency has been declared. Thank you for your cooperation. Wells Police Department.

Update: The residents of Wells were and are not in any harm. The 2 hour late was a precautionary measure until an isolated issue is sorted out. There is no need to be alarmed.

FYI: Wells Public Utilities is working as fast as they can to restore power to everyone..please be patient and power will be restored. No need to call in as they are aware of power outage.
