We want to be completely transparent with our residents. Based on the damage assessments completed to date, it is very unlikely that Tioga County will meet the federal damage threshold required for a Presidential Disaster Declaration for Individual Assistance. These reports help ensure we have the most accurate picture of the event's impact and provide the information needed should additional assistance opportunities become available.
