Jackson Metropolitan Housing Authority looking for a skilled individual to join their team in Maintenance. This role is key to keeping their facilities running smoothly and safely.

**What you'll do:**
- Routine maintenance & repairs
- Residential painting & electrical work
- Lead and supervise projects
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fabricate parts as needed
- Keep accurate maintenance records

**Requirements:**
- Experience in facilities maintenance (electrical, painting, welding)
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Able to work 30 hrs/week (day shift, no weekends)

**Pay:** $16-$20/hr
**Location:** Wellston, OH
