Wellsville Police arrested Linda L. Patterson, age 52 no permanent address, charging her with Criminal Trespass 3rd (Class B Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Fassett Street. Patterson was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Patterson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 22nd at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Michael S. McDonald, age 45 of Belmont, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on April 11th. McDonald was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. McDonald is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Deonte D. Smith, age 43 currently incarcerated in the Allegany County Jail, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th – Fentanyl (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on West D**e Street on May 7th. Smith was transported from the Allegany County Jail, processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Smith was returned to the Allegany County Jail and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Kyle E. Ordiway, age 40 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd – Methamphetamine (Class B Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Broad Street. Ordiway was processed and turned over to the New York State Police for additional charges. Ordiway was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Ordiway is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Nathan A. Bowker, age 37 no permanent address, charging him with Criminal Impersonation 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor) and Bail Jumping 3rd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on West State Street. Bowker was also arrested on an Active Arrest Warrant charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) for an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on April 3rd. Bowker was also arrested on a Bench Warrant, issued by the Wellsville Village Court for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 5th on a prior AUO 3rd charge. Bowker was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in Cap Court. Bowker is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Alok Mishra, age 55 of Pittsford, NY, charging him with Criminal Mischef 4th (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue on August 14th. Mishra was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Mishra is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 6th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Nichole R. Lee, age 31 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Dollar General on August 26th. Lee was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Lee is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 15th at 4:30 pm.

Rutherford is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 55 of Olean, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 18th on a prior Petit Larceny charge. Tyler was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Tyler is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
