You can drive right up to the second-floor parking lot (the old ER entrance) and come visit us at the library. We’re happy to be here and look forward to seeing you!

Due to the move of our Chelan Library Pop-Up, we will not be having a Lake Chelan Writers’ Group meeting this month.

We can’t wait to see you next month in our new space at Lake Chelan Business Center, 503 E. Highland Avenue #207! We’ll see you there!

Upon her passing at the age of 80 on August 25, 2026, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library remains a testament to her enduring global legacy. We extend our gratitude to Dolly 🥰

📍 We're moving!

Our pop-up library in the Chelan Public Library lobby closes Friday, August 21. We're reopening Monday, August 31 in a bigger temporary space at 503 E. Highland Ave #207, the old Chelan Hospital building which is now known as The HUB: Lake Chelan Business Center.

What that means for you:

📚 More shelves, more to browse
💻 More public computers
🎉 Room for programs again
🪑 Somewhere comfortable to sit

Open through the end of the year while the City's repairs move forward. The refreshed Chelan Library opens in 2027.
