Foothills Community Center

Foothills Community Center Activity & event center serving the Wenatchee Valley community. We keep our community young at heart! Membership is not required and all ages are welcome.

Foothills Community Center (formerly Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center) is a non-profit, independently-funded event center supporting Chelan and Douglas counties' adult and senior community. Our multigenerational center hosts daily activities, including exercise and music classes, book and writing clubs, arts & crafts and much more. We also host weekly Bingo, monthly dances and other special

events and fundraisers. The center operates an affordable lunch program weekly from Tuesday through Friday. Cost for lunch is $5 for members, guests of members, and children under 12, and $10 for non-members. We encourage people to bring their families and friends. RSVPs are required at least one business day in advance: Call our office or visit our website at foothillscenter.com/lunch-program. The center also operates the Second Chance Thrift Shop, located at the back of the building, offering top-quality, gently used and vintage collector items. The thrift shop is open 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday and 10am - 3pm on Saturdays. Follow the thrift shop on Facebook at facebook.com/wenatcheethriftshop.

– Tues. September 8 – Chicken Salad Sandwich & Chicken Noodle Soup
– Wed. September 9 – Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
– Thurs. September 10 – Ravioli, Green Salad and Breadsticks
– Fri. September 11 – Chili & Cornbread
Lunch will also come with sides and a dessert.

Cost is $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers. Kids under 12 are $5 and families who come with a member also pay $5 per person.

Reservations are required one business day in advance by 1 p.m. Lunch is served to you at your table promptly at noon so please check in before then. All ages are welcome.
