SENIOR CLASS of 2026 - as you prepare for your next chapter, our wish for you is simple: no matter what career you choose or where life takes you, be kind, be loving, and be the kind of person who makes the world a little better. That will always be the greatest measure of success.

Thank you for coming back to the school where so many of your stories began. Watching you walk our halls again was a beautiful reminder of how quickly time passes and how proud we are of each and every one of you.

Does your school have a “Principal & Assistant Principal for the Day” reward for students? If not…you should 100% do it! 🙌🏽✨

Today was one of those magical school days where our students stepped into the big shoes of leadership and absolutely SHINED! From walkie-talkies and classroom visits to helping with announcements and important “principal business,” they took their jobs VERY seriously. 😎📋

And honestly…by the end of the day they were EXHAUSTED 😂 Their hard work, gratitude, and smiles from ear to ear are what give us the motivation to continue this tradition every year. 🐾

The Elementary All-City Track Meet 2026 did not disappoint - thanks to our Coach Mrs. Toigo!

There’s just something special about this meet. It’s part competition, part community celebration, and part “how are elementary students THIS fast?!” 🏃‍♂️🏅

We witnessed fast races, loud cheering, incredible sportsmanship, and enough energy to power the whole Wenatchee Valley. Our student athletes showed determination, respect, and heart from start to finish. And to top it off, the support from the best volunteers, families, and fans made the entire event unforgettable.

Already counting down to EACTM 2027!

Happy Principal’s Day 2026! 💚💜

Today we celebrate an incredible leader, mentor, and all-around amazing human—Mr. Jeff Jaeger!

This one is extra special because it’s his final Principal’s Day after an inspiring 24 years of service at MV. As the saying goes, “A good principal is not just a leader of a school, but a builder of a community.” And Mr. Jaeger—you have built something truly special. 🏫✨

Thank you for your dedication, your heart for kids, and your unwavering commitment to excellence. We are beyond grateful for you! 🙏

Magical, Melodic, Masterful! ✨🎻

What an absolutely beautiful evening at our school’s string concert tonight! Our musicians filled the room with music that was both inspiring and heartwarming. 💫🎶

A huge shoutout to our incredible music teacher, Ms. Schultz, for guiding our students to such a polished performance—your passion and dedication shine through every note! 👏🎼

And thank you to all of our wonderful families for showing up, cheering gracefully, and supporting our young musicians. Your presence made the night even more special! 💜💚

Happy Administrative Professionals Day 2026!

Today we celebrated the true heartbeat of our school…our AMAZING office manager and secretary! If you’ve ever wondered how our school keeps running so smoothly—spoiler alert—it’s THEM! Here’s why:

📞 They answer every call with kindness (even the tricky ones!).
😊 They welcome every family and student with a warm smile.
⏰ They graciously remind us to take attendance (yes…every single day!).
📋 They keep us organized when we’re feeling anything but…
🩹 They take care of bumps, bruises, and big feelings.
📦 They manage a million things at once like total pros.
💌 They communicate important info so no one misses a beat.
❤️ They love our students and staff like family.

Students from our school will walk the halls of Wenatchee High School one day — and the district wants you to see what they're planning for their future. 🐾

WSD is hosting free community tours of WHS so families can see firsthand the 50-year-old building our students and staff navigate every day, and be part of the community-driven plan to build a future-ready high school.

Who said Mondays aren’t loved? They haven’t met our teachers. 🍎

While the rest of the world is easing into the week…our INCREDIBLE Professional Learning Community teams are already in action! During Monday Late Starts, our high-functioning, high-performing teams come together to dig into student work, share impactful instructional strategies, collaborate on next steps for every learner, and celebrate the growth we’re seeing across our school.
