Today, the City of Flint Hill proudly broke ground on our new Veterans Memorial—a lasting tribute to the men and women who have served our country with courage, honor, and sacrifice.

This memorial will become a place where families, veterans, and future generations can gather to reflect, remember, and express gratitude for those who have defended the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special ceremony and to all who are helping bring this meaningful project to life. We look forward to the day we can officially dedicate this memorial to the heroes who have given so much for our nation.

Calling for Family Photos of Local Veterans

The City of Flint Hill is creating a Veterans Memorial to honor the men and women who have proudly served our nation. As part of this lasting tribute, we are asking families to share photographs of veterans who were either born in Flint Hill or have lived in Flint Hill at any point in their lives.

We are seeking photographs representing all branches of the United States Armed Forces and all eras of military service. Uniformed service photos are preferred, but other military-related photographs are also welcome.

If you have a family member, friend, or loved one who meets these criteria, we would be honored to include their legacy as part of this important community project.

Please submit:

Veteran's name

Branch of military service

Years of service (if known)

Connection to Flint Hill (resident, former resident, or native)

A high-quality digital photo (or contact City Hall to arrange scanning of original photographs)

Photos may be submitted by email to [email protected] or delivered to Flint Hill City Hall for scanning and return.

Together, we can ensure that the stories and sacrifices of Flint Hill's veterans are remembered for generations to come.

Congratulations to City Clerk Tracy Williams!

The City of Flint Hill is proud to congratulate City Clerk Tracy Williams on her recent election to the Board of Directors for the Eastern Division of the Missouri City Clerks and Finance Officers Association (MOCCFOA).

Tracy has been an active and dedicated member of MOCCFOA for many years, generously contributing her time and expertise through service on numerous regional and statewide committees. She currently serves on the Association's Membership & Mentoring Committee and Public Relations Committee, where she helps support and strengthen the professional development of municipal clerks and finance officers across Missouri.

Tracy's election to the Board of Directors is a reflection of her commitment to professional excellence and public service. Her leadership not only benefits the Association but also brings valuable knowledge, experience, and connections back to the City of Flint Hill.
