The new Tennis Courts at the playground on Laurel street are completed and ready for use!
These beautiful new Courts were funded by an LSA Grant that the Borough received last year.

If you don’t already have a key for the courts, but would like one, you can get one at the Borough Hall for $10.

The Rec Board will be having a "scavenger hunt" in the beginning of July featuring some of the Historical Buildings in the Borough, with a clue card that can be filled out and returned to the Borough Hall for a chance to win a PRIZE!

Sunday, August 16: The Borough Rec Board will be hosting a Summer event at Greth Memorial Park (on Stitzer) with MUSIC, GAMES and FOOD!

It is with sadness, that due to unpredictable weather for tomorrow, we will have to Cancel the Memorial Day Parade.

Don't forget to come out to the Memorial Day Parade tomorrow, starting at 10am at the Western Berks Fire Department.
Following the Parade, there will be a brief Memorial Day Ceremony at the War Memorial in front of the Fire House.
