Need medical equipment for the long term? ♿

If you’ve been dealing with an ongoing mobility or daily living need, purchasing equipment out of pocket can get expensive quickly. A free equipment opportunity like this may be a great way to find what you need without the added cost.

Independence First is hosting a Free Adaptive Equipment Giveaway with gently used equipment available to community members who could benefit from it.

Equipment may include wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, shower chairs, transfer benches, and more.

On this day in 1988 President Regan established National Senior Citizen Day. We are especially grateful for all our elders we get the honor of supporting and learning from.

If you haven't already, check out your local senior center. They offer many great resources and place for our elders to come together.
