No one should be surprised that someone as foolish as Kirk Bangstad wouldn’t be able to get on the ballot.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) voted unanimously Tuesday to deny ballot access to Kirk Bangstad in the Democratic primary for governor, ruling the
