The Peony Path Tour

Early reservations for the 10:00 am tour are filled. Walk-ins the day of event are welcome.

There is still time to early reserve for the 1:00 pm tour. Send in before May 25.

Sagtikos Manor was present at Museum Day at the Middle Country Library on Thursday, May 14th. We displayed our exhibit and had a fun craft for the children - making silhouettes of themselves. Silhouettes were a popular, accessible form of portraiture during Colonial times.

April 14, 2026 - Suffolk 250 Press Release for opening of the DAR exhibit and Suffolk 250 Passport at the Lee H Dennison Bldg., Hauppauge, NY. Present were: Edward Romaine, Suffolk County Executive, local representatives and the Suffolk County 250 committee. The DAR exhibit will be on view 9:00am - 6:00pm daily through April 23 thanks to the Anna Strong Smith DAR Chapter.

The Peony Path Tour at Sagtikos Manor

Tours: 10:00 am or 1:00 pm

Take a private tour of the Manor’s walled garden. Learn the history and horticulture of the Peony, the Peony Project and other restoration efforts. Light refreshments and raffles. The date of the Spring Clean-up at Sagtikos
has been changed to Sunday, April 19th,
Rain date, April 26th, 10:00 - 3:00 pm

Help spruce up the manor grounds. Bring a rake and gloves.
All are welcome. Students can earn community service credits.
