A big win!

The Town of Berlin has been awarded a grant of just shy of $200,000 for our New Town Center project!

This is a big step toward making Berlin a stronger community for our residents, and it will be used to bring water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure to Berlin Common. Berlin Common

It is heartbreaking to see what Montpelier businesses have gone through this past week after working so hard to rebuild after the July floods. Thank you to Berlin Volunteer Fire Department for being there to support our neighbors. We are so thankful for all of the community fire departments that responded to keep any more loss from occurring.

**REMINDER ** November 7th is Election Day and the town of Berlin will have 5 articles the ballot for funding future projects including infrastructure to allow for new housing to be built, year round recreation facilities, and improvements to our water and waste water systems.

The Town will hold a Pre-Town meeting to discuss all the Articles on November 6, 2023, at 6PM in the Berlin Elementary School.

Berlin Mall is now the Central Vermont Marketplace! This is all part of the Berlin Common new town center development. Exciting changes are coming to the Berlin Common!

We are excited to announce that at the September 19th meeting of the Berlin Selectboard, the official name new town center was approved. The Berlin Town Center will now be know as “Berlin Common”. The new name was chosen from suggestions of Berlin residents.
