Today, members of West Berlin Fire-Rescue participate in the Voorhees Township Fire Department Foundation 1st Annual Softball Tournament.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Countywide Property Restoration for generously sponsoring our team and helping make our participation possible.

We would also like to give a huge thank you to Nick Christinzio for his continued support of West Berlin Fire-Rescue. Your generosity and ongoing support of our department and our members are truly appreciated.

Early this morning, Squad 22 responded to Clementon as part of the 2nd alarm assignment to assist with a working structure fire.

Crews operated alongside mutual aid departments to bring the incident under control. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

The members of West Berlin Fire Rescue would like to extend our sincere congratulations to Berlin EMS Captain Lou DeMarco on his retirement from the Camden County Communications Center after 33 years of dedicated service.
Throughout his career, Captain DeMarco has been a trusted public safety professional, providing calm, compassionate, and reliable service to countless residents and first responders across Camden County. His commitment and dedication have made a lasting impact on our community.
Congratulations on an incredible career and a well-earned retirement! We wish you nothing but health, happiness, and success in this next chapter. We also look forward to seeing you spending a little more time with us on the ambulance.

This past Monday, our members had the privilege of hanging out with our friends at JFK Elementary School for another fun Field Day. We hope everyone had a great time, we did! It was a beautiful day, thanks for having us!

The members of West Berlin Fire Rescue would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Wawa Foundation and the West Berlin Fire-Rescue Ladies Auxiliary for their generous donation of two Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).

These new AEDs will replace older units that have reached the end of their service life and can no longer be maintained. Having reliable, up-to-date lifesaving equipment is essential to our mission of providing the highest level of emergency care to our community.

Your continued support and commitment to public safety help ensure that our personnel are equipped with the tools they need to respond effectively when seconds matter most.
