🚨 ROLL CALL: The Massachusetts House just voted 126-25 to keep a transfer of up to $70 MILLION for the Massachusetts Offshore Wind Industry Investment Trust Fund.
Amendment #183 would have eliminated the transfer.
The federal government has moved to buy back offshore wind leases, and Massachusetts is fighting those efforts while continuing to put more taxpayer money behind expensive, intermittent offshore wind.
On the same day House leaders rejected even temporary gas tax relief, they voted overwhelmingly to keep spending on offshore wind.
