Registration is officially OPEN for the Second Annual Together We Stride 5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, October 24, 2026!

This event is about more than crossing a finish line. It’s about coming together to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other developmental disabilities, recognize their unique strengths, and build a community where everyone has the opportunity to belong, grow, and thrive.

Whether you run, walk, bring the kids for the FREE Kids Fun Run, or cheer from the sidelines — we want you there!

We’re also looking for businesses and community partners to join us as sponsors. Your support helps Rachel & Friends continue creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout our community.

Monday the folks at Alex Road went to an alpaca farm and they got to feed them and pet them! Then they went to a park for lunch. Today we celebrated Olivia’s birthday, went to lunch at another park and got ice cream!

Another busy week-gym, library, shopping at IKEA, shopping at Ollie’s. Bowling and a lot of fun!!
