So humbled by this post. The Brandywine office makes it easy to want to give back and help all agents!
Peggy Evans is a core agent investor and Top Agent in our office. Peggy dominates in everything she does and has been an integral part of our KW family since 2007. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was in the Pharmaceutical industry & a women's Professional Football star! Anyone who knows Peggy would agree that she is one of the most driven, passionate, hardworking and competitive people you will ever meet! It didn't take her long to go from brand new agent to rockstar capper! She has built a successful Real Estate business with her innate ability to create long lasting relationships with her clients. Peggy has served in many leadership roles in our office throughout the years including Productivity Coach, Mentor and ALC member where she has generously given her time and helped so many agents thrive as Realtors. Peggy has a natural "coach" instinct in her where she empowers and motivates others. Peggy has been in the volleyball world for years as a player and coach. She is currently the Head Coach of Villa Maria Academy High School where she led her team to the Championship in her first season! Someone who is always striving to lift others up, be positive and keep up a busy, successful life....So you probably wonder, who motivates Peggy? What is her big WHY? That's easy, it's her family. Peggy is happily married to her husband, Jeff and together they have two children, Curt & Carly. They are a very close family who love to do everything together including traveling, dining at local restaurants, spending time in Lancaster City where they have a beautiful condo and as season ticket holders, attend Pittsburgh Steelers football games. Peggy grew up in the Pittsburgh area, so we forgive her for her loyalty and dedication to the Black and Gold. Just as Peggy has supported and led others to victory in the past, she is the Lead Champion in her husband's crusade against Pancreatic Cancer. We stand united and support Peggy and Jeff as they ! We need to mention her second love, wine. Peggy has an impressive wine cellar in her home and has become quite the wine connoisseur. We tease her for her monthly wine box deliveries to the office, but don't worry it's not a problem; she's just building her bunker so she has wine until the end of time. Peggy is generous and kind to her core, always giving back and donating to help others in need. Her husband's local business, Excel Physical Therapy is always our top sponsor for our annual Casino Night supporting local charities. We are so grateful to have Peggy as part of our KW family and feel it's important to let her know how much we love, support and wish her continued success for years to come in all areas of her life, business and personal!
