Lane Closure Announcement:

Today, Wednesday June 17th through tomorrow, Thursday, June 18th, a lane will be closed on North Worthington Street at its intersection with East Market Street from 7AM-4PM for paving.

Signage will be on site to alert drivers of the closure. Traffic delays are to be expected in this area.

Juneteenth is a time to honor freedom, reflect on history, and celebrate progress. ❤️ 💛 💚

In observance of Juneteenth on Friday, June 19th:
• Parking will be free on all paid streets and surface lots
• Borough offices will be closed
• Street sweeping will resume Saturday, June 20th
• Trash collection will resume, as usual, on Monday, June 22nd

We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful holiday weekend.

On Wednesday, June 17th from 10PM-5AM the 200 block of East Gay Street will have one lane closed for an AQUA water line project. Flaggers will be on site for traffic calming.

On Tuesday, June 16th and Wednesday, June 17th from 9:00AM-3:00PM, the 300 block of North New Street will be closed for a lateral sewer repair.

The pole replacement work on the 50 block of W. Barnard has been cancelled. There will be no road closure or scheduled power outage in the area this evening.

On Monday, June 15th from 8:00PM-6:00AM the 50 block of West Barnard Street from South High Street to South Church Street will be closed. Electric will be turned off during this connection.

This is due to a PECO pole replacement project. Stay tuned for updates, as this planned power outage may be rescheduled due to extreme temperatures.
