WOMEN'S WEIGHTLIFTING WORKSHOP starts tomorrow, Wednesday June 3rd at 5pm. This 8-week lifting course teaches the major lifts, the correct form and safe lifting with a nationally accredited personal trainer and competitive female weightlifter.
Strength training helps women build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and support bone health, reducing the risk of osteoporosis. It also builds confidence and empowers women to feel stronger both physically and mentally. πͺ
We also offer this class on Saturdays, starting this weekend, 6/6 at 8am.
