Willow Creek Townhomes Willow Creek Townhomes Willow Creek Town Homes were built by Montelbano builders starting in 1996 and ending around 1999/2000. This subdivision offers 4 models.

Each model has a unique floor plan. Most end unit properties feature a Cedar or Maple model. Very few have the Arbor model. The 4 models include:

Arbor - smallest model 2 story (3rd bedroom possible on the 2nd floor)
Birch - 2 story (3rd bedroom possible on the 2nd floor)
Cedar - split level - 2 story with only 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Could have 1 super master on the main level. Optional 2nd

story balcony/deck. Maple - largest model - 2 story with only 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The homes on the East side of Route 59 were the last town homes to be built. Many of the units have a basements. However, there are some units without a basement. Those units are located near the main creek on the pond that is surrounded by townhomes on Tara, Charlestowne and Ainsley.
