It takes a village.
Winfield Township was able to coordinate services for a 94 year old Korean War veteran. With Meals On Wheels through the Senior Citizens Council, hearing aids through the Lions Club, a medical alert necklace through the VA, the senior bus and Medicare counseling through the township and groceries at Neighborhood Food Pantry, we hope we have made improvements in his life.

What a great National Night Out and the Winfield Township table was busy. We were able to give out 100 backpacks filled with school supplies, most of which were donated to us by Kay McKeen at SCARCE. Thank you to all those who came out and learned about township services. Thank you SCARCE, for always being supportive!
