s. A person is eligible to receive meals if they are partially or fully homebound and unable to have meals prepared, unable to prepare meals for themselves, and experiencing food insecurity. We also receive referrals from the Department of Aging & Social Services, FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Home Health Agencies, Doctors, Nurses, Churches and Other Responsible Parties.
