I don't know how common knowledge it is but back in the beginning of March my dad announced he is leaving the position of DCO. We started together back in January of 2016. I was the lead DCO and my dad the assistant. In September of 2017 I resigned for personal reasons but Dad kept going. I continued to run this page to help him out. However it is linked to my personal page so by the end of this week I will be deactivating this page. Please if the new DCO creates a page, please follow them and continue to be the helpful neighbors you have been for us through this page.

UPDATE: The dogs have come home.
These dogs have been missing since this morning. We have our eyes and ears open so if anyone hears anything let Colden DCO know too along with the owners.

Please call if you have any information on this dog. Scanned for microchip, none was detected. Does have a rabies tag. No name or phone number on collar. He is a sweet and friendly boy. (716)-941-1364. He was found on Heath and 240 in Colden

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!
A woman was bit at the Knox Dog Park last Saturday between 2PM-3PM. The dog was a medium sized black and grey speckled Blue Tick or German Short Hair Pointer. The owner is a woman about 5'6" with reddish hair. She was bundled up and had reflective sunglasses on, so the person that was bit could not get more physical details. The dog broke her skin and she does not know whether or not this dog has had its rabies vaccinations. Help her avoid the long, painful and expensive process of getting multiple rabies shots! She has Multiple Sclerosis and these shots could really be detrimental to her, but without proof of rabies vaccination she will have no choice. If your dog was involved in this incident, please do the right thing and call the Town of Aurora Dog Control office at 716 652-4050. If anyone was at the park that day and can provide more information to us please contact us as well. Neither party realized the skin was broken until later.
