We are so proud of our Sheyenne Mustang Fishing League anglers for their outstanding finishes at the North Dakota Lake Agassiz High School Fishing League Championship!

Congratulations to Fatima Diaby, a current 10th-grade student at Sheyenne High School, on being selected as the High School Division Winner of the America’s 250th Birthday Essay Contest!

In recognition of this outstanding achievement, Fatima will receive a monetary award, have her essay published in The Gavel magazine, and be awarded an all-expenses-paid tour of either the Quentin N. Burdick United States Courthouse in Fargo or the William L. Guy United States Courthouse in Bismarck.

This honor reflects Fatima’s hard work, exceptional writing skills, and thoughtful engagement with civics and our nation’s history. We are incredibly proud of the way she represents Sheyenne High School both in and out of the classroom.

The Peer2Peer class recently had a selection of students complete their para-educator training and received completion certificates. Peer2Peer is a class where upperclassmen learn about students with special learning abilities and spend time in classrooms aiding other learners. These students in the picture are demonstrating what it means to be a Mustang!
